Sunday Supper Club | Turkey Meatball Recipe

October 3, 2021 Michelle Cannon Smith
turkey meatball recipe

As the weather starts to cool, there’s nothing I love more than a bowl of comforting pasta! And these turkey meatballs are a regular favorite at our house. They’re so simple to make and are a huge hit with the kids. The simple addition of these crackers, is what gives so much flavor! This recipe makes a good batch, so I typically will freeze half after cooking. Hope you’re enjoying these first weeks of fall! Enjoy!

What You’ll Need

1 lb ground turkey

1/2 cup finely chopped parsley

1/2 finely chopped medium white onion…about 1/2 cup

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

1 tbsp. worchester

1 egg

1 cup (about half a sleeve) of these Rosemary Crackers, our grocer typically carries them, if you can’t find use a club cracker as replacement and additional herbs for added flavor

Salt & Pepper

To Make

Preheat oven to 400 degree F.

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, then roll meatballs about 1.5 inches each. I use this cookie scoop for equal portions. This recipe will make about 14-15 meatballs.

On a parchment covered cookie sheet, place meatballs and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temp reads 165.

Enjoy!
